摘    要:为了探索含络合铜电镀废水的处理新方法,以废铁屑为材料,研究其去除EDTA-Cu(Ⅱ)的有效性和作用机制。对铁屑进行XRD表征的结果表明,铁屑中含有零价铁和少量碳,实验发现,铁屑对Cu(Ⅱ)和EDTA能同步去除,90 min的去除率分别达到93.51%,52.55%,且降低了体系的生物毒性,提高了生物降解性。对反应机制进行探讨,结果表明铁屑以直接还原、沉淀吸附和微电解作用实现对EDTA-Cu(Ⅱ)的有效去除。

Abstract:In order to explore the new method in treatment of electroplating wastewater containing copper complex ,the ef-fectiveness of degradation EDTA -Cu (Ⅱ ) by using zero -valent iron (Fe0 ) was studied , as well as its mechanism and products toxicity .Firstly ,iron scraps were characterized by means of x -ray diffractometer (XRD ) ,indicating the majority substance in the iron scraps was zero -valent iron ,whereas with a small amount of zero -valent carbon (C0 ) .In addition , the effectiveness of iron scraps on degradation EDTA -Cu(Ⅱ) was investigated .Results showed that the bioavailability of acenaphthene changes constantly and iron scraps removed Cu (Ⅱ) and EDTA simultaneously ,reaching 93 .51% and 52 .55%respectively in 90 minutes .Besides ,the biological toxicity was reduced and the biodegradability improved at the same time . Finally ,the study of mechanism showed that copper complex dissociates into free Cu2+ , then removed by iron scraps through direct reduction ,precipitation adsorption and micro electrolysis .The results proved that iron scraps was an effective approach for the removal of chelated copper from waster .
