| Abstract: | On the sides of time and space, taking a city, this paper assesses and analyses comprehensively "the disaster vulnerability" of local social economy. The result can be used as a basis for disaster prevention decisions such as loss forecast of disaster,disaster prevention cost,assessment of disaster defensive engineering and so on. |
