火焰原子吸收分光光度法测土壤中铜、锌——用王水+高氯酸消化样品消化时间对测定结果影响

摘    要:用王水+高氯酸消化土壤样品,做了褐土冷消化+热消化、褐土直接热消化、红土直接热消化实验,结果显示:红土有机质含量相对低,易消化,取样后可直接热消化;褐土有机质含量偏高,难消化.进行热消化前须先冷消化(最好放置过夜)。

Abstract:The different kinds of soil samples are nitrified by aqua regia with perchloric acid. The cinnamon soil is nitrified by both heating nitration with cold nitration, and heating nitration only. The laterite is nitrified by heating nitration directly. The results show that the laterite is easy to be nitrified because of low content of organic matter. It can be nitrified by heating nitration directly. However, the cinnamon soil is hard to be nitrified because of high content of organic matter. It should be nitrified by cold nitration firstly.
