| Abstract: | According to the present condition of eco - city in Shenyang, the paper proposed the strategies from four aspects involving in government leading, mechanism improvement, eco- industry development and eco- culture construction in hopes of not only providing the suggestions on the sustainable development between regional economy and environment, but also offering references on establishing a harmonious Shenyang. |
