| Abstract: | This paper brings forward from environmental point of view that materials have three values which are reserved value, plus value, and negative value. It also stresses the framework of constitute and quantitativity methods of material's negative polluted value. On this basis, there are three theoretical ways to minimization of material's negative polluted value to be discussed further. |
