味精生产废水絮凝沉淀实验研究

摘    要:选择聚合硫酸铁作为絮凝剂,羧甲基纤维素钠和壳聚糖作为助凝剂,进行了味精生产废水絮凝实验研究,确定了影响其工艺条件的主要因素。研究表明:采用聚合硫酸铁作为处理味精离交尾液的絮凝剂,以羧甲基纤维素钠作为助凝剂,pH值的适应范围广(pH值5—10),在适宜的条件下,COD去除率达45.4%。采用聚合硫酸铁作为絮凝剂,羧甲基纤维素钠作为助凝剂去除味精离交尾液中的COD是可行的。

Abstract:The treatment of waste water of monosodium glutamate has been researched for years .It proved the waste water is very difficult to treat . To the proposed technology process, the paper choose the appropriate coagulant to experiment and experiment their influence factor. The research prove: To utilize Poly-Fe (PFS) as a coagulant to treat waste liquid of monosodium glutamate is very safety. When using sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as aid-coagulant, pH value may change from 5 to 10,under fit condition, COD can be removed 45.5% ..To utilize PFS as coagulant and use CMC as aid-coagulant to get rid of COD is a practical plan.
