| 摘 要： | 评价大气环境的好坏,实质上是看测定值是否超过“大气环境质量标准”GB3095-82(“国标”)中规定的浓度限值,继而计算超标率、超标倍数、综合指数等等。在这个过程中,我们常常忽视了一个重要因素——状态,使得分析结果偏离了实际情况而产生错误。

| Abstract: | We always appraise the atmospheric environment on the basis of stipulated method in the environment determination methods by calculating the concentration of detennination value and comparing the result with the standard of atmospheric environment quality .In fact, this is wrong because of difference between their state.Therefore,we should adopt another standard which has a similar value to make a correct appraisal of the atmospheric environmental quality. |
