| Abstract: | The article proposes to apply the secondary decision making to the weight distribution of urban environmental system and add the objectivity to all factors in the urban environmental system and the characterization parameters,so as to overcome the free weight distribution in environmental quality assessment.With a clear physical definition and simple operation,the method is practically available. |
