The damage of SO 2 and Fluoride to agricultural products can be identified through chemical analysis of symptoms,microscope examination and damaged leaves and differentiated with pests damage by checking the wind direction,distance to pollution,obstructions and maturity of leaves.The discharge concentration,duration of contact and the resistance of agricultural products are the main factors to determine the damage.Measures including treating pollution,planting trees with high resistance,avoiding the sensitive child-bearing age of the products,arranging rational plantation and increasing fertilizer should be taken to treat and prevent the damage.
