摘    要:主要探讨了预处理过程对铜酞菁废水水质的影响 ,以及两级活性污泥法处理此种废水的可行性。结果表明 :预处理后 ,废水BOD5/CODCr由 0 16升至 0 5 0 ,可生化性大大增强 ;以邻苯二甲酸作为单一污染物 ,根据动力学模型解出的一级反应槽水力停留时间与试验值基本一致 ;使用两级活性污泥法处理铜酞菁废水 ,可使废水中的Cu2 +、NH3 N、CODCr、BOD5等指标均达到一级排放标准

Abstract:The influence of pretreatment process on copper phthalocyanine wastewater and the feasibility of treating the wastewater by two-stage activated-sludge process are discussed.The BOD5/CODCr ratio of wastewater increases from 0.16 to 0.50,indicating that the biodegradability of wastewater bas been strongly improved after pretreatment.According to kinetic model, the hydraulic retention time of the first-stage reactor is generally consistent with the experimental value when phthalic acid is considered the only pollutant.The value of Cu2+,NH3-N,CODCr, BOD5 can attain the first-stage effluent-quality standard in P.R China after two-stage activated-sludge process.
