Accident Analysis of One Liquid Chlorine Leakage and the Preventive Schemes

In recent years, the frequency of chlorine leakage or explosion accidents is going on rising, for the sake of solving this problem, the chlorine leakage accident of Jiangxi Lipin chemical plant is chosen as an example. The CCA (Cause Consequence Analysis) has been used to analyze the causation in detail. And based on the analytical conclusion, some valid preventive schemes have been proposed to prevent the happening of such accidents and to reduce the frequency and severity of the accidents.
