流域复合污染控制的研究与发展趋势

摘    要:流域环境的复合污染及其所导致的生态与健康风险,是当前国内外研究的重要课题.与发达国家不同,我国流域复合污染呈现大量常规污染物与微量有毒有害物质共存的突出特征,在污染成因、生态响应和控制途径上更具复杂性.本文综合论述了本方面的国内外研究进展,从流域环境问题研究的系统性和整体性、复合污染的生态与健康效应、解决流域环境问题的集成技术体系构建、流域环境保护与经济发展的协调模式等方面,阐述了需要研究的重要科学问题和技术发展方向.

Abstract:The ecological and health risks caused by the combined pollution of drainage basins are an important research subject at home and abroad. Unlike developed countries, the combined pollution from drainage basins in China shows characteristics of both massive amounts of conventional pollutants and trace amounts of hazardous substances, so it is a more complex problem to determine the pollution causes, ecological response and methods of control. This paper discusses the comprehensive research progress in this area. Furthermore, the paper proposes key important research trends in environmental pollution control of drainage basins from different point of views including the systematicness and completeness involved in the research on regional environments; the ecological and health effects of the combined pollution; integrated technology development; and coordinated development of models of environmental protection and economic development.
