门窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯型材人工耐候试验相关性研究

摘    要:通过使用人工耐候试验方法对门窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)型材进行老化试验,对结果进行了对比分析.得到PVC-U在几种试验条件下的结果排序,并对自然试验与人工加速试验相关性进行了分析,认为红外线对材料老化的影响不可忽视,为生产和科研单位进行生产研发、试验检验及标准的制定等工作提供了参考.

Abstract:Weathering tests of PVC-U section bar for doors and windows were carried out with artificial weathering test methods and the results were analyzed.The ordering of results of UPVC under several test condition were obtained.The relativity of artificial weathering test with natural exposure test was analyzed.It was considered that the influence of infrared radiation is important to material aging.The purpose was to provide reference for research,test,and standards drafting.
