炼化企业自备电厂燃煤锅炉烟尘超低排放改造技术

摘    要:国家要求燃煤电厂锅炉要逐步改造为超低排放,相比新建锅炉或大型电厂锅炉,炼化企业自备电厂锅炉改造难度大。本文通过对炼化企业电厂锅炉现有环保设施和排放现状进行分析,对比了脱硫塔前干式除尘、塔内提级增效、塔后深度除尘等3种工艺技术方案的效果,结合已改造实例指出需关注设备腐蚀、SO3脱除、在线监测等方面问题,并提出深度改造技术方案和实施路线。

Abstract:China government requires that coal-fired boilers in power plants should be gradually transformed into ultra-low emission boilers. It is difficult to the self-owned power plant of refining and chemical enterprises compared with new boiler or boiler in large power plant. This paper analyzed the current environmental protection facilities and emission status of boilers in power plants of refining and chemical enterprises,and compared three kinds of technical schemes,such as:dry-dedusting before desulfurization,increasing efficiency of the desulfurization tower and depth dedusting after desulfurization. The problems of equipment corrosion,SO3 removal and online monitoring were put forward based on the retrofit examples. In addition,the technical schemes and implementation routes for in-depth reengineering were proposed.
