摘    要:采用Fenton试剂处理青霉素发酵废渣,考察了青霉素去除效果的影响因素,并通过均匀设计试验优化了反应条件。结果表明,采用Fenton法处理青霉素废渣的最优条件为:pH=2.0,反应温度为69℃,反应时间为119min,氧化剂用量为0.6 mL/g。在此条件下,废渣中青霉素的去除率达99.77%以上,并且处理后废渣中大部分营养成分得到保留,为青霉素废渣的资源化利用提供了基础。

Abstract:The fermentation residue in penicillin production was treated with Fenton reagent. The factors affecting penicillin removal were investigated and the reaction conditions were optimized by uniform design method. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:pH=2,reaction temperature 69 ℃,reaction time 119 min and H2O2 dosage 0.6 mL/g. Under these conditions,the removal rate of penicillin in the residue reached over 99.77%,and most of nutrients in the residue were preserved,which provided the basis for resource utilization of penicillin residue.
