摘    要:考察了两种硅铝比分别为25及50的ZSM-5沸石分子筛对水中氨氮的吸附性能及影响因素.研究表明,25℃时,25H及50H型沸石的吸附平衡时间分别为10 min和35 min,吸附等温线均符合Langmuir经验模型,25 H型分子筛的饱和吸附容量较大,为7.83 mg/g,50H型分子筛为4.36 mg/g.当吸附剂投...

Abstract:Adsorption of ammonia nitrogen from aqueous solution by two kinds of ZSM-5 molecular sieve was investigated.Results showed that the adsorption equilibration time of 25 H and 50 H was 10min and 35min respectively at 25 ℃.The adsorption equilibrium isotherm could be satisfactorily described with Langmuir model.25 H molecular sieve exhibited higher adsorption capacity and its maximum adsorption capacity was 7.83 mg/g,while the maximum adsorption capacity of 50 H was 4.36 mg/g.As the adsorbent dosage increased from 0.5 to 3.0 g/L,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen increased from 11% to 60% correspondingly.Common cations could affect the adsorption process,with the corresponding sequence as Pb2+,K+,Na+ and Mg2+.Higher concentration of co-existing cation had greater influence on adsorption removal efficiency.IR analysis revealed that the characteristics band of 3 150 and 1 400 cm-1 of ammonia nitrogen appeared in the spectra of zeolites after adsorption.
