摘    要:估算城市水污染造成的价值损失是合理进行水资源规划、保护水环境的一个重要措施。本文采用浓度-价值损失率法估算了滨州市2001~2008年生活污水和工业废水的价值损失,求出了生活污水COD、氨氮和工业废水COD、氨氮的浓度-价值损失率曲线的拐点分别为(275.3,50)、(33.0,50)、(330.4,50)、(45.1,50);由于COD和氨氮的污染,滨州市2001~2008年的污废水年均价值损失大约为17409.98万元,其中生活污水价值损失约占6536.02万元,工业废水价值损失约占10874.95万元,对当地经济发展产生了一定的影响。

Abstract:Value loss estimation to city sewage and wastewater is an important method to program water resource and protect water environment.Sewage and wastewater value loss was estimated using the method of concentration-value loss factor in Binzhou during 2001-2008.It concluded that the knees of COD and NH3 in sewage and industrial wastewater were respectively as 275.3,50,33.0,50,330.4,50 and 45.1,50.As the pollution of COD and NH3,the sewage and wastewater value loss in Binzhou during 2001-2008 was 17,409.98×104 yuan/a,which the sewage value loss was 6,536.02×104 yuan/a,the industrial wastewater value loss was 10,874.95×104 yuan/a,which impacted the development of the local economic.
