钒氮共掺杂TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:通过水解沉淀-浸渍法制备了钒、氮共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用XRD、UV-Vis、XPS表征了其结构特征。XRD分析结果表明,共掺杂和单掺杂均为单一的锐钛矿相,氮和钒都进入了TiO2晶格中。UV-Vis漫反射光谱显示,钒、氮的掺杂使得催化剂对可见光的响应红移至509 nm。XPS研究表明,N以O-Ti-N和Ti-O-N结构存在于钒氮共掺杂TiO2中,V以V4+和V3+的形式存在于钒氮共掺杂TiO2晶格中。分别以汞灯和太阳光为光源,以亚甲基蓝为降解物,进行催化剂的光催化降解实验,结果表明,煅烧温度为300℃,钒的掺杂量为1%时,钒、氮共掺杂TiO2的光催化降解效率最高。

Abstract:V and N co-doped TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by hydrolysis precipitation-impregnation method.The structure properties of the photocatalyst were characterized via XRD,UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and XPS.The XRD spectra of samples showed that N doped TiO2 and V and N co-doped TiO2 were of anatase phase.N and V entered into the lattice of TiO2.The absorption edges of UV-Vis spectra exhibited a red shift up to 509nm when the TiO2 co-doped with nitrogen and vanadium.The XPS spectra of V and N co-...
