空气和水不耦合装药对爆破块度影响分析

摘    要:为了探究不耦合装药下不同介质对爆破块度的影响,从理论上对空气和水作为耦合介质时的爆破块度大小进行分析比较,结合室内爆破模型试验,对模型试验的破碎块度进行筛分、测量,并对结果进行统计、回归分析。研究结果表明:与空气不耦合装药相比,水不耦合装药对爆炸能量利用率更高,爆破破碎块度较小,更利于改善爆破效果;当不耦合系数为1.67时,空气和水耦合介质下爆破块度的K50,K80和大块率3个评价指标都为最小值;且在R-R块度分布函数中,块度分布特征参数x0与块度评价指标成正比。将试验结果应用于路堑光面爆破,对改善爆破效果有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of different medium on the blasting fragmentation under the decoupling charge, the size of blasting fragmentation when taking the air and water as the coupling medium was analyzed and compared in theory, and combined with the laboratory blasting model tests, the fragmentation of the model tests were sieved and measured, and the statistical and regression analysis were carried out on the results. It showed that compared with the air decoupling charge, the water decoupling charge had the higher utilization ratio of blasting energy and smaller blasting fragmentation, which was more beneficial to improve the blasting effect. When the decoupling coefficient was 1.67, all the three evaluation indexes including K50, K80 and boulder yield of blasting fragmentation under the air and water coupling medium were the minimum, and in the R-R fragmentation distribution function, the characteristic parameter of fragmentation distribution x0 was proportional to the evaluation indexes of fragmentation. The test results were applied in the smooth blasting of cutting, which has a certain guiding significance to improve the blasting effect.
