北京市乘务管理员安全胜任特征模型构建研究

摘    要:为探究北京市乘务管理员安全胜任特征,基于已有胜任特征模型,通过查阅文献、分析乘务管理员职责、结构式访谈等方式获得乘务管理员安全胜任特征。在此基础上设计调查问卷并大规模发放,建立北京市乘务管理员安全胜任特征模型,利用结构方程模型验证乘务管理员安全胜任特征模型的有效性。研究结果表明:模型分为总体胜任力层次、公共因子层次、具体胜任特征层次。模型信度较高且数据与模型拟合较好,证明乘务管理员安全胜任特征在专业能力、安全素质、应变能力、发展潜力4个方面的相关程度最高。

Abstract:In order to explore the safety competency characteristics of public traffic security personnel in Beijing, based on the existing competency characteristics models, the competency characteristics of public traffic security personnel were obtained by referring to the literatures, analyzing the responsibilities of public traffic security personnel and carrying out the structured interviews. On this basis, the corresponding questionnaire was developed and distributed on a large scale, then a safety competency characteristics model for public traffic security personnel in Beijing was established, and the effectiveness of the model was verified by using the structural equation model. The results showed that the model could be divided into three levels, including the overall competency level, common factor level and specific competency characteristic level. The reliability of the model was relatively high, and the data fitted well with the model. It proved that the correlation degree of the safety competency characteristics of public traffic security personnel were the highest on the aspects of professional ability, safety quality, response capacity and development potential.
