海洋石油平台吊艇架结构安全评估

摘    要:海洋石油平台吊艇架结构安全直接关系到整个平台的救逃生。为全面评估吊艇架结构承载安全性,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行吊艇架结构动静态力学分析,并在现场进行无损探伤及功能试验。研究结果表明:吊艇架结构在2.2倍工作负荷下最大等效应力为70.81 MPa,满足强度要求;最大位移3.38 mm,变形较小;模态分析显示吊艇架结构自振频率较大;吊艇架结构关键焊缝及应力集中部位无缺陷,救生艇升降时吊艇架无明显变形及异常。通过对吊艇架结构的有限元分析及现场检验,为吊艇架的安全评估提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:The structure safety of davit on the offshore oil platform has a direct impact on the rescue and escape of the whole platform. In order to fully assess the bearing safety of the davit structure, the dynamic and static mechanical analysis on the davit structure were carried out by using the ABAQUS finite element software, and the nondestructive inspection and function tests were performed on site. The results showed that the maximum equivalent stress of the davit structure under 2.2 times of the working load was 70.81 MPa, which could meet the strength requirement. The maximum displacement was 3.38 mm, so the deformation was relatively small. The modal analysis showed that the natural vibration frequency of the davit structure was relatively large. There were no defects in the critical welding seam and stress concentration positions of the davit structure, and also no obvious deformation and abnormality in the davit during the lifting of lifeboat. A new idea was provided for the safety assessment of the davit through the finite element analysis and field inspection of the davit structure.
