摘    要:本文通过对乌鲁木齐市主城区机动车车型、燃料和运行工况的信息调查,得到主城区机动车现状.在此基础上,采用IVE模型进行模拟,结合统计分析,计算得到了2010年乌鲁木齐市主城区机动车基于行驶里程的启动和运行排放因子.将有助于掌握乌鲁木齐市主城区机动车技术状况、车龄分布、年均行驶里程、在路行驶车型比例以及各型在用机动车排放状况,为制定主城区机动车排气污染管理措施,改善大气环境质量提供科学依据.

Abstract:Current states of motor vehicle were obtained based on the investigation of the motor vehicle information, fuel and operating conditions of main urban area of Urumqi in the present paper. IVE model combined with statistical analysis were used to simulate and obtain the emission factors of motor vehicle in the main urban area of Urumqi City based on Starting and running mileage in 2010.Results will help to grasp the status of vehicle technology, vehicle age distribution, the average annual mileage, vehicle proportion on road and various types of motor vehicles in use emission conditions in main urban area of Urumqi city, which will provide scientific basis for the formulation of motor vehicle exhaust pollution management measures and the improvement of air quality.
