| 摘 要： | 从项目环境影响评价的局限性出发，简述了目前环境影响评价的研究现状。对“3s”技术的基本组成进行了简要地介绍，指出“3s”技术是地理信息技术的综合应用，论述了“3s”技术在环境质量评价中的优势；从项目环评和战略环评等角度论述了“3s”技术的应用；从主客观两个方面指出目前“3s”技术的不足的同时，明确了今后基于“3s”技术与其他技术的综合应用是环境质量评价研究的发展方向和研究领域。
