摘    要:制药废水具有排放量小、成分复杂、浓度和盐分高、色度和毒性大等特点,属于难降解高浓度有机废水,易造成水环境污染,威胁人们的健康。通过分析山东某制药厂的废水性质,确定治理方案为内电解-UASB-氧化沟工艺,在进水ρ(COD)平均为12500mg/L、ρ(BOD5)为3500mg/L,其出水分别为360和100mg/L,平均去除率分别为97.1%和95.5%,出水水质可达CJ3082—1999《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》。试验结果表明,该工艺处理效果稳定,耐冲击负荷能力高。

Abstract:The pharmaceutical wastewater features less emission,complicated composition,high concentration,high colority and toxicity etc.It belongs to a high concentration organic wastewater of difficult degradation.It can pollute the environment of water and threatens the people's health.Inner electrolysis-UASB-oxidation ditch process was decided on the basis of practical investigation on the property of the wastewater.When the ρ(COD) and ρ(BOD_5) of the influent were(12 500) and(3 500 mg/L) respectively,those of the effluent were(360) and(100 mg/L,) which was stable and quite good to meet the requirements of the discharge standard for municipal wastewater.The removal rates of COD and BOD_5 were 97.1% and 95.5% respectively.The running results show that the treatment efficiency of the technology is stable and it is tolerable in shock load.
