| Abstract: | Based on atmospheric turbulence and spread model,combined with the nature of the Chlorine,this article attempts to put forward a kind of train of thought that the emergency protective scope should be the scope that the crowd is evacuated and the scope to monitor and control,when the event is unexpectedly taken pace that the chlorine is leaked.It puts forward a kind of train of thought to provide a reference. |
