紫露草微核技术检测单甲脒农药的致突变性

摘    要:本文通过对紫露草微核技术检测单甲脒的致突变性,结果表明,随着单脒浓度的增加,紫露草花粉母细胞四分体微核率明显增高,并与蒸馏水(阴性对照)比较有显著差异(P〉0.001),显示单甲脒对植物具有一定的致突性。

Abstract:No evidence of N'-(2,4-dimethylphenyl )-N-methylformamidine inducing mutation has been provided with various methods except tradescantia-micronucleu test. This article has reported the results of induced mutability of N'-(2, 4-dimethylphenyl )-N-methylformamidine by tradescantia-micronucleu test. The results showed that tradescantia-micronucleu rates were increased as raising the concentration of N'-(2, 4-dimethylphenyl)-N-methylformamidine and that there is a very significant difference (p > 0. 01) of micronucleu rates between the treated samples and distalled water as a blank. We have concluded that N'-(2, 4-dimethylphenyl )-N-methylformamidine could induce mutation of pollen mother cells of tradescantia.
