| Abstract: | The capacity load and the safety are two requirements in transportation.In order to fulfil these requirements,transportation enterprise must have a certain scale of transportation and investment in safety measures.Based on the concepts and behavior conducted by enterprise in fulfilling these two requirements,the relationship between the investment in safety measures and the expansion of transportation scale is analyzed,and the relationship between the amount and the time of safety investment is also discussed. |
