ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF LABOUR PROTECTION DURING THE SOCIAL CHANGE

Beginning from changing the way of thinking,motivated by democray and ruling by law,depending on the progress of science and scientific management,a development strategy of labour protection during the social change is suggested,which will be a multilayer,nationwide,and orderly progressive one and will leap over the occupational hazardes happened during the development of traditional industries.It will assure the reform developing healthily and promote the economic prosperity.
