| 摘 要： | ５７名缝纫流水线作业工人和３１名缝纫作业辅工的腰椎Ｘ线检查发现，有腰椎改变者分别为８０．７０％ 和７４．１９％ 。其中以骨质增生最多，其次为脊柱侧弯。骨质增生与年龄，工龄有关。下背痛与骨质增生间未见相关关系

| Abstract: | Lumber vertebra x-ray photographs were examined among 57 sewers,who worked in the assembly line of clothing manufacture and 31 auxiliary staff members in the same factories from the results, we found that the sewers and auxiliary staff members with lumber vetebra radiongraphic chenges were 80.70%and 74.19% of the total respectively,it is noticeable that the apparance of osteophyte was found in high prevalence. There was also high prevalance of side bending of lumbar vetabra,but its occurrence was less than that of osteophyte. The occurnce of osteophyte was related to age and length of service,but no relation was found between the lower back pain and osteophyte. |
