摘    要:正交试验对环境因素进行筛选,得出温度是影响复合材料腐蚀的最显著环境因子。通过静态浸渍增重法获取溶液温度及溶液成分对材料吸水率的影响规律。并且对复合材料试样浸渍腐蚀前后的表面微观形貌进行了观察。

Abstract:The obviously aggressive factors were selected by means of orthogonal corrosion test method. They were temperature, solution content and the test time. Among the three, the temperature, especially associated with humidity, is the most notable factor. In order to get further information, the weight gains of the samples immersed were measured regularly during the immersion. By comparison, it can be seen that the existence of the salt influenced the water absorption rate of the sample , i.e. the more salt content, the lower the water absorption rate. The observation of microstructure on the surface was carried out.
