多级生化反应器处理有机物的动力学特性

摘    要:以苯胺为微生物生长的唯一碳源和能源,利用4级生化反应器富集培养出了具有不同动力学特性的苯胺降解菌。分别测得其Ks值为:0.159,0.354,0.044,0.027mg/L,qmax值为3.27,2.28,1.03,0.66d^-1,并对其动力学特性进行了分析,揭示了多级生化反应器高度净化微量有机物的机理。

Abstract:Microorganisms with different kinetic characteris-tics have been cultured with aniline as sole carbonsource and energy source in a 4-vessel CSTR. Ksvalues for those four reactors were 0.159, 0.354, 0.044and 0.027/mg/L, and qmax values were 3.27, 2.28, 1.030.66 d-1 respectively. This paper also analyzed themicrobial kinetic characteristics, and offered the mecha-nism of purification of organics at trace levels in amulti-vessel CSTR system.
