| 摘 要： | 由于经济结构比例失调，产业关系失衡，产业层次低下，技术含量低，空间布局失当等矛盾，导致环境污染严重，影响了环境质量改善的进程。滨州市通过深化体制改革，完善产业政策，充分发挥产业结构调整对环境资源的优化配置，促进循环经济发展。

| Abstract: | Some structural problems,such as economic structure's disproportion,industrial connection's imbalance,industrial level's lowness,industrial space distribution' improper,the environmental pollution deteriorated,hold back the improvement of environmental quality.Through deepening the system reform,perfecting industry policy,Binzhou city realized the optimization of resources' assignment,promoted the development of recycle economy. |
