| Abstract: | The immigrant and exploiting are the kind features of human transform nature.It's environmental influence involves all area where People move in and out,Yin Bei irrigation area of Nin Xia the transform and enlarge construction implement will change original ecologic environment features of the area. This report describes the way which can serve as the irrigating exploiting construction area through assessing the environment impact of the immigrant and exploiting. |
