A Kind of New Technology for Incinerating Refuse

In the paper a new technique of incinerating urban refuse is introduced. With this kind of new technique low heat value and high water content refuse can be disposed by incineration without any auxiliary fuels. The three wastes and noise produced during the incineration can be up to standard after disposal and heat recovery can be achieved. This kind of technique will not only meet ‘reuse, reduce and recovery’ disposal principle but also reduce initial construction investment and operational cost. It is a practical one to dispose China's urban refuse.
