| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程加快,我国小城镇土地利用面临着严峻的考验,城镇土地规划混乱、污染严重、粗放利用等问题严重制约着其进一步发展,走土地可持续利用道路是必然的选择.在介绍了土地可持续利用的概念和国内外土地可持续利用研究的进展后,深入分析了我国小城镇土地利用的现状和存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development at urbanization process,the use of land at small towns was facing serious situation, the confused,seriously polluted,extensive problems of utilizing in planning of the urban land were restricting it to develop further seriously,and the sustainability of land utilization was an inevitable way. Based on the deeply analysis of the main problems of town's construction, the authors introduced the study of sustainable utilization of land at home and abroad, and put forward the relevant countermeasures. |
