| 摘 要： | 重庆城区大气污染严重的原因是燃用本地的高硫煤和不利于污染物扩散的自然环境。在分析了多种方案的基础上 ,提出调整能源结构是控制重庆城区大气污染的根本途径。并提出一套以煤改气为重点的优化方案 ,模拟了其环境效果。

| Abstract: | This treatise simulated out a reason of the serious pollution in Chongqing urban for burning the local high-sulphur coals and the natural surroundings inavailable for dispersion of pollutants in the air.On the base of comparing many schemes,it indicated that adjusting energy source composition is the best way to modify the air pollution,and gave a package of optimized projects which spotlight substitution from the coal to natural gas,imitated its environmental effect. |
