UASB反应器中加入膨润土和聚丙烯酰胺培养颗粒污泥

使用一个反应体积２５５Ｌ的ＵＡＳＢ反应器，处理啤酒生产废水．向接种厌氧污泥中加入膨润土和非离子型聚丙烯酰胺，采用室温下间歇式进料，４周内形成稳定颗粒污泥床．ＣＯＤ负荷６ｋｇ／ｍ３·ｄ，ＣＯＤ去除率为９０％．

Granulation in UASB Reactor by Adding Bentonite and Polyacrylamide

Brewery wastewater was treated in the lab-UASB reactor which has a reaction volume of 255 L.By adding bentonite and polyacrylamide into the anaerobic seed sludge,stable granular sludge bed was obtained within 4 weeks with intermittent feed at room temperature (16～31℃).The COD loading rate was 6 kg/m3·d. The COD removal rate was 90%.The cooperation of bentonite and polyacrylamide was discussed in the paper. And the granulation process was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron micrographs.
