密闭舱内甲醛气体的扩散模型及其验证

摘    要:以5m(L)×3m(W)×3.5m(H)几何结构的房间作为密闭模拟舱,对于形状为1m×0.6m、胶木板材料的污染源,在不通风的状态下,采用CFD技术模拟了室内甲醛扩散情况。通过联立气体质量扩散方程和RNGK~ε湍流模型方程,得到密闭舱内甲醛扩散数学模型,并采用实际监测方法对计算结果进行验证。结果表明:在27℃条件下,在该密闭舱内甲醛的实测浓度分布值为0.8~2×10-6mol/m3,而模型预测值为与实测值基本处于同一数量级。该模型能很好地模拟出甲醛扩散分布。

Diffusion Model of Indoor Formaldehyde in an Unventilated Cabin and Its Verification
Abstract:Based on the unventilated cabin with structure, 5m (L)×3m (W)×3.5m (H), a square board made of bakelite as pollution source was set up to carry out the experiment of formaldehyde diffusion simulation by CFD. Combined mass diffusion equation with RNG K~ε turbulence equation, a formaldehyde diffusion model was built, and a series of experiments was performed to verify the model. Results shows that the model agrees with the actual formaldehyde diffusion well at 27℃, and the calculated values, with the arrange of 0.8~2×10~(-6)mol/m~3, are in the same magnitude as the monitoring value in experiments.
