渣油粘结剂工业型煤及其应用

摘    要:工业“煤制气”副产的重质渣油,在使用一般的燃烧技术时,其燃烧过程会排放大量的 BaP 等多环芳烃环境污染物.至今这种工业有毒有害废弃物一直没有得到充分合理的利用,目前已成为严重的环境公害之一.本技术利用渣油为粘结剂以多组分粉煤为原料,经冷成型加工,可生产出渣油工业型煤.该种工业型煤具有较高的强度、较高的热值和较好的防水防潮性能.工业应用试验结果表明,将其用在配备了无烟燃烧技术的工业窑炉上使用,可以达到满足生产工艺要求;控制烟尘浓度和烟气黑度达标排放;有效地削减烟气中 BaP 排放浓度;具有较显著的节能效果等技术经济环境指标.开拓了废渣油的资源化和无害化处理途径.

THE BRIQUETTE FOR INDUSTRY OF UTILIZING THE RESIDUAL HEAVY TAR SLUDGE AS BINDER AND ITS APPLICATION
Abstract:The residual heavy tar sludge which comes from the process in which coal is con- veresed into fule gas in industry generate a low Bap—environmental polluting materials.So far,since this kind of industry sufficiently and reasonably,it has been one of the heavy public nuisance.This technique utilizes residual heavy tar sludge as binder and utilizes different kinds of powdered coal as raw material to produce briquete with heavy tar sludge by cold briquetting method.This kind of bri- quette for industry has higher strength,higher calorific value and better waterproof nature.The test re- sults in industrial utilization show that the applocation in industrial funaces with fumeless bune technilo- gys can meet the need for production technology coe ntrol the fume concentration and fume black,and reducion the of Bap in fume acailable a show the remarkable results of saving,better indexes of envi- ronmental and economical technology and so on.This technique has developed the way that naked waste residual heavy tar sludge be source and harmless.
