杨梅嫁接和扦插繁殖技术试验

摘    要:杨梅树体内富含单宁、嫁接和扦插繁殖不易成活.在嫁接上,采用先将砧木挖出,让其失去5—7%的水分后再嫁接定植的“掘接法”,使嫁接成活率由8.5%提高到62%;在扦插上,先将插条基部用250mg/l的去单宁剂丙酮浸泡2h,再用激素综合处理,使杨梅扦插生根。成活率由4%提高到66.07%,最高达83.3%.表5,参5.

Abstract:The waxberry is rich in tannin.It is difficult to survive through skewer and insert propagate techniques.In dig and engraft method,dig out the rootstock first,let it lose 5% to 7% water and engraft which made the survive rate raise from 8.5% to 62.0%.In skewer and insert method,input the skewer root in 250mg/L tannin acetone for 2 hours and with a hormone treatment and made the waxberry to grow roots so as to increased the survive rate from 4% to 66.07% and the maximum was 83.3%.5tabs.,5refs.
