半挥发性有机物GC/MS分析方法研究

摘    要:用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)研究分析了环境中的半挥发性有机标准物。以十氟三苯基磷作调机物,对GC/MS仪器系统进行了调整,离子丰度值符合美国环保局(U.S.EPA)1986年推荐的离子丰度标准。测定了32种目标化合物的保留时间及相对保留因子RF值,结果表明除五氯苯酚不达标外,其余化合物的RF值均符合要求,31种目标化合物的加标回收率为21%~97%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~24.1%,符合美国环保局8270方法质量控制检验标准。最后对建立定量校正库与GC/MS分析进行了讨论

Abstract:The organic standard compounds of semi-volatility in the environment were researched and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS).Decafluorine triphenyl phosphorus was chosen as telomer to adjust GC/MS instrument system and the ion abundance value was up to the ion abundance standard recommended by U.S.EPA in 1986.The holding times and relative factors of 32 target compounds were determined and the results showed that the RF values of all the compounds were in accord with requirement standard except santobrite.The labeled recovery of 31 target compounds ranged from 21% to 97% and the relative standard deviations 3.1% to 24.1% which were in accord with the quality control testing standard of U.S.EPA 8270 method.Finally,the establishment of quantitative correction base and GC/MS analysis were discussed.
