| Abstract: | Due to the enhancement of
the pollutants discharging standard and the reduction of some discharging index,it must be
emphasized to carry on total control during the whole course of construction and production,and
to enhance the capability to meet the standard of discharging pollutants.The primary measures
include clean production,recycle and reuse of pollutants in the water,advanced purification of
wastewater,and favorable operation of the wastewater treatment facility.Considerable
environment benefit as well as economy benefit is achieved by taking these measures. |
