采油污水深度处理和回收再利用

Advanced Treatment and Reinjection of Oilfield Produced Water

Huanxiling Oil Production Plant was a heavy oilfield whose production depends on steam puff and huff to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil with a large amount of water required daily.To solve the problem of production water demanded and produced water treatment,Huanxiling Oil Production Base Huansi CPF produced water treatment plant was constructed and put into production.The process flow of produced water treatment and reinjection of the plant were introduced.The test result was analyzed and the economic benefit was evaluated.It was proved that production cost was greatly reduced with the running of the plant,satisfactory economic benefit achieved and the environmental pollution minimized.
