摘    要:为解决粉末磁性黑炭易被土壤包覆影响其吸附效果的问题,以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为粘结剂,采用粘结成型方法制备直径为3~5 mm的成型磁性黑炭。以磁性黑炭为土壤重金属吸附剂,采用盆栽方式,针对人工模拟污染土壤,通过正交试验和单因素试验确定磁性黑炭对重金属Pb和Cd的去除效果。结果表明,在土壤pH为6.0,土壤含水率为20%,磁性黑炭添加量为土壤质量的6%时,吸附反应30 d时,磁性黑炭对Pb和Cd的去除率分别为59.67%和68.53%,磁性黑炭对土壤中的重金属具有较好的吸附性能。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of powder magnetic black carbon that is easy to be covered by the soil and thus can influence the absorption effects, the formed magnetic black carbon with 3-5 mm diameter was prepared via bond forming method by using sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as the bonding agent to circumvent the embedding. The magnetic black carbon was used as soil amendment to repair heavy metal pollution soil, with potted artificial simulated contaminated soil. The best adsorption conditions for magnetic black carbon to heavy metals Pb and Cd in the contaminated soil was studied through the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments. The results shows that as the soil moisture content is 20% and the soil pH is 6.0, the addition of 6% magnetic black carbon can respectively remove 59.67% of Pb and 68.53% of Cd in the contaminated soil within 30 reaction days, elaborating that the magnetic black carbon has good adsorption properties on the heavy metals such as Pb and Cd in contaminated soil.
