进口废塑料现场检验方法、问题和对策研究

介绍了我国废塑料进口情况，结合多次进口废塑料现场检验实践，系统介绍了进口废塑料现场检验的方法和过程。结果表明，在所完成的29例申报名称为废塑料的现场检验货物中，仅有2例为国家允许进口的废塑料，其余均为国家禁止进口的固体废物，其中包括3例的生活垃圾。重点分析了检验规程中存在的主要问题，并且提出了相应的发展对策。

Study on Spot Discernment Method,Problems and Countermeasures of Imported Waste Plastics

The current import situation of waste plastics in China was introduced briefly. Combined with many times of waste plastics spot discernment practice, the method and process of waste plastics spot discernment were introduced. Among twenty-nine cases of the customs declaration for waste plastics, only two cases met the national standard requirements and were allowed be imported. The rest of the goods were the banned imported solid wastes, including three cases of municipal solid wastes. The main problems in inspection specification of waste plastics for import were discussed and the countermeasure put forward.
