摘    要:设计了一套IC反应器装置,接种啤酒厂生产废水消化污泥,采用人工配水对其进行启动运行,考察了IC反应器的启动运行状况、效果及影响因素,并在反应器运行结束后观察了污泥状态的变化.结果表明,容积负荷提高至4.7 kg/(m3·d),出水COD浓度稳定在250 mg/L左右,去除率维持在85%以上,反应器内出现污泥分层现象,颗...

Abstract:A set of IC anaerobic reactor device was designed. The reactor was inclulated with anaerobic digestion sludge of brewery plant. A study of start-up of the IC reactor was carried out to treat stimulated wastewater. The state,effect and affecting factors were studied, and the changes of the granular sludge were also investigated at the end of the experiment. The experimental results showed that when VLR increased to 4.7 kg/(m3·d),the effluent COD was in a steady state with 250 mg/L, COD removal efficiency could maitain at the level over 85%, the sludge in the reactor was stratified,and the appearance of sludge was black or grey with complete surface structure.
