| 摘 要： | 在盒形件拉伸成形过程中,毛料展开是冲压工作的重要课题。此文根据数学理论,用亚椭圆方法建立数学模型来摸拟盒形件毛料尺寸展开外形,是提高一次成形、减少压延次数的有效方法。

| Abstract: | It's impor tant to design the process of deep-drawing a rectangular box. To solve the problem there are many ways presented in the litarature including the potential flow field analogue,static electricity field analogue,stable temperature field analogue and the method based on the slip-line field. In this paper a methemati-cal method of design a favorable blank for a rectangular box in the shape of subellipse proposed. It is observed in experiments that the process of deep-drawing for rectangular boxes can be improved with this type of blanks. |
