In the tradtional hydrology model,basin ground factor is blurry for runoff simulating,which depends on evaporation,infiltration and temperature.After making use of GIS,it transforms space characteristics which include relief map,soil types,land usage,soil humidity and so on to be digital,applies to runoff process and provides a new thinking for basin study.
