浸渍条件对负载型Cu/FSC催化剂影响的研究

摘    要:Cu/FSC是一种以过渡金属为活性组分的负载型催化剂,实验中考察催化剂制备中金属盐浸渍条件的影响。实验结果表明:浸渍状态和浸渍温度对催化剂活性组分Cu的负载量存在最佳条件;而随着浸渍时间以及浸渍液浓度的增加,Cu负载量增加;模拟水样的COD去除率、出水Cu溶出浓度也随着浸渍液浓度的增大呈现增大的趋势,而浸渍液浓度存在最佳值6wt%Cu。

Abstract:Cu-Ce/FSC as a catalyst composite of transitional metal and rare soil metal was used in catalytic wet oxidation process of simulated dyeing wastewater for investigation of the impact of operation conditions on catalyst performance including removal efficiency of COD and Cu soluble concentrations.Results indicated that the catalyst activity increased with increase of oxygen pressure,reaction temperature and catalyst dosage while the catalyst stability decreased with the increase of oxygen pressure.
