| 摘 要： | 以垂直下移率为指标,研究了正面敞开区、背面敞开区、背流区和湍流区4种不同生态条件下溢油对东海浮游生物垂直迁移活动的影响.生态特征对大多数浮游生物垂直下移率的影响程度由高到低依次为:正面敞开区(A)＞背面敞开区(B)＞背流区(D)＞湍流区(C).方差分析表明:总浮游植物、夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)、总桡足类和中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)在4种生态特征之间的垂直下移率存在显著的差异.4种生态特征间的多重比较结果表明:中华哲水蚤的垂直下移率除背流区与湍流区之间不存在显著差异外,其他两两生态特征之间均存在极显著的差异,对溢油污染表现出了较好的敏感性. |
